四工序開料機的配置都有什么？

1、四工序開料機配置雙工序排鉆數(shù)控開料機是兩個主軸加一個排鉆包，一個主軸負責(zé)開料，一個主軸負責(zé)劃槽，然后配合5+4鉆包進行垂直孔操作，實現(xiàn)多個孔位同時打孔的功能。
1. The four process cutting machine is configured with double process row drilling. The CNC cutting machine is composed of two spindles and a row drilling package. One spindle is responsible for cutting and the other is responsible for slotting. 四工序開料機是由四個主軸組成，通過氣動換刀，可以安裝不同的家具實現(xiàn)板式家具開料、打孔、開槽、櫥柜門板銑型等工藝。

2、四工序數(shù)控開料機支持四把刀自動換刀功能，與雙工序排鉆開料機相比較，無法多鉆頭同時打孔，做柜體加工效率比雙工序排鉆低很多。
