雕刻機的日常保養(yǎng)維護

1.開機前檢查各部件是否在正常位置，各運動部件是否完好，導軌有油潤滑，然后開機底速動轉(zhuǎn)1~2分鐘，觀察是否有異常情況，等機床運轉(zhuǎn)正常后方能進行工作；

1. Before starting the machine, first check whether all parts are in the normal position, whether all moving parts are in good condition, and the guide rail is lubricated with oil. Then start the machine at the bottom and rotate it for 1 ~ 2 minutes to observe whether there are abnormal conditions. The machine can work only after the machine runs normally; 

2.工情況選擇刀具、轉(zhuǎn)速、進刀量、加工速度及順，逆銑方向；

2. Select the tool, rotating speed, feed rate, processing speed and forward and reverse milling direction according to the working conditions;

3.整個加工過程不能用手或碎布等雜物接觸正在轉(zhuǎn)動的刀具，在清理石粉時要確保刀具完全停止運轉(zhuǎn)才能；

3. During the whole processing process, do not touch the rotating tool with hands or rags. When cleaning stone powder, ensure that the tool stops completely before removal;

4.作業(yè)完畢，關(guān)閉電源，各部位石粉，雜物。其他相關(guān)輔助工具必 須放還原處；

4. After the operation, turn off the power supply and remove the stone powder and sundries at all parts. Other relevant auxiliary tools must be placed at the restoration place;

5.定期（依使用情況）清理電器箱內(nèi)灰塵，檢查接線端子螺絲是否松動，以保證機器電路安 全，可靠使用；

5. Clean the dust in the electrical box regularly (according to the use situation) and check whether the screw of the wiring terminal is loose, so as to ensure the safe and reliable use of the machine circuit;

6.工作臺面及導軌每天擦拭干凈，不可有石粉、油污雜質(zhì)等；

6. The worktable and guide rail shall be wiped clean every day without stone powder, oil stain and impurities;

7.連續(xù)運行要保證冷卻水的潔凈及冷卻機的正常工作，不可以使水冷主軸電機出現(xiàn)缺水現(xiàn)象，定時更換冷卻水，以防止水溫過高；

7. For continuous operation, ensure the cleanness of cooling water and the normal operation of the cooler. Do not make the water-cooled spindle motor lack water. Replace the cooling water regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high;

8.定期依使用情況）檢查機器各部件螺釘是否松動，以保證機器可靠；

8. Regularly check whether the screws of all parts of the machine are loose (according to the use conditions) to ensure the reliability of the machine;

9.每次機器使用完畢，要注意清理，務(wù)必將平臺及傳動系統(tǒng)上的粉塵清理干凈，定期（每周）對傳動系統(tǒng)（X,Y,Z,A,C等軸）潤滑加油；

9. Pay attention to cleaning every time the machine is used. Be sure to clean the dust on the platform and transmission system, and lubricate and refuel the transmission system (x, y, Z, a, C and other shafts) regularly (weekly);

10.機器若長時間不使用，應(yīng)定期（每周）加油空走，以保證傳動系統(tǒng)的靈活性；

10. If the machine is not used for a long time, it shall be refueled and idled regularly (weekly) to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system;

11.主軸、工作臺和導軌面嚴禁敲打和沖擊，工作臺及道軌面不得亂放工具和毛坯及不相關(guān)的工件或物品；

11. It is forbidden to knock and impact the spindle, workbench and guide rail surface, and tools, blanks and irrelevant workpieces or articles shall not be placed on the workbench and track surface;
