1. 在保麗龍雕刻機開機之前確定機床與計算機所有連接正常，然后打開機床電源和計算機電源。在系統啟動完畢后，進入NCStudio 數控系統。

2。打開控制系統以后選擇"回機械原點"菜單。機床將自動回到機械原點，并且校正系統坐標系統。在某些情形下，如上次正常停機后，重新開機并繼續上次的操作，用戶不必執行機械復位操作。NCStudio 系統在正常退出時，會保存當前坐標信息。另外，如果用戶確認當前位置正確，也可以不執行此操作。

 

2。 After opening the control system, select the "return to mechanical origin" menu. The machine will automatically return to the mechanical origin and correct the system coordinate system. In some cases, for example, after the last normal shutdown, the user does not have to perform the mechanical reset operation after restarting and continuing the last operation. Ncstudio system will save the current coordinate information when it exits normally. In addition, if the user confirms that the current position is correct, this operation can not be performed.

3. 在加工之前，用戶一般要載入需要的加工程序，否則，一些與自動加工有關的功能是無效的。選擇"打開(F)|打開(O)…"菜單，將彈出Windows標準的文件操作對話框，可以從中選擇要打開文件所在的驅動器、路徑以及文件名。單擊"打開"按鈕后，加工程序就載入系統。

3. Before processing, the user generally needs to load the required processing program, otherwise, some functions related to automatic processing are invalid. Select open | open "Menu, the windows standard file operation dialog box will pop up, from which you can select the drive, path and file name where you want to open the file. After clicking the "open" button, the processing program is loaded into the system.

4. 確定工件原點，把保麗龍雕刻機的X、Y兩個方向手動走到工件上的希望的原點位置，選擇"把當前點設為工件原點"菜單，或者在坐標窗口把當前位置的坐標值清零，這樣在執行加工程序時就以當前位置為起始點進行加工。

4. Determine the origin of the workpiece, manually move the X and Y directions of the styrofoam engraving machine to the desired origin position on the workpiece, select the menu of "set the current point as the origin of the workpiece", or clear the coordinate value of the current position in the coordinate window, so that the processing can be carried out with the current position as the starting point when the processing program is executed.
