玉石雕刻機該如何進行保養(yǎng)？

玉石雕刻機主軸主要分為風冷主軸和水冷主軸。由于工作環(huán)境的因素，主軸是接觸加工工件和廢屑的設(shè)備配件，而主軸性能的優(yōu)劣也極大的影響著雕刻成品的質(zhì)量。所以，在日常的生產(chǎn)加工中我們要做好玉石雕刻機的保養(yǎng)和維護工作。

The spindle of jade carving machine is mainly divided into air-cooled spindle and water-cooled spindle. Due to the factors of working environment, the spindle is the largest equipment accessory that contacts the workpiece and scrap, and the performance of the spindle also has a great impact on the quality of carving products. Therefore, in the daily production and processing, we should do a good job in the maintenance of jade carving machine.

1、每天工作完后要使用吸塵器清理主軸電機的轉(zhuǎn)子端和電機接線端子上的廢屑，防止廢屑在轉(zhuǎn)子端和接線端子上堆積，以此避免廢屑進入軸承，加速高速軸承的磨損；避免廢屑進入接線端子，造成電機短路燒毀。

1. After work every day, the dust collector should be used to clean up the scraps on the rotor end of the spindle motor and the motor terminal block, so as to prevent the debris from accumulating on the rotor end and the terminal block, so as to avoid the debris from entering the bearing and accelerating the wear of the high-speed bearing; to avoid the debris entering the terminal block, causing the motor short-circuit and burning.

2、每次裝卡和更換刀具時，必須要將壓帽卡頭擰下，不能使用直接插拔刀具的方法換刀，遇到卡殼情況，切勿猛力拽出來。主軸端部及前端蓋部位絕不許撞擊，不然會破壞細密軸承及主軸精度,造成主軸反轉(zhuǎn)展轉(zhuǎn)精度的喪失.

2. When installing the card and changing the tool, the clamping head of the pressing cap must be unscrewed. The tool can not be changed by directly inserting and pulling the tool. In case of jamming, do not pull it out forcefully. The end of the spindle and the front cover must not be impacted, otherwise the precision of the fine bearing and spindle will be damaged, and the precision of the rotation of the spindle will be lost

3、在卸刀后要將卡頭和壓帽清理干凈，防止有廢屑附著上面。刀具的安置必須包管反轉(zhuǎn)展轉(zhuǎn)精度，不然會引發(fā)劇烈振動，影響雕刻質(zhì)量和軸承壽命。

3. After unloading the cutter, clean the clamping head and pressure cap to prevent the scraps from adhering to them. The positioning of the cutter must ensure the precision of reverse rotation, otherwise it will cause severe vibration, which will affect the engraving quality and bearing life.

4、在上刀時一定要將到刀具、卡頭和壓帽清理干凈，認真檢查連接處是否有異物附著。組裝后要檢察刀具根部跳動﹤0.015MM若超差要通過重復放松和擰緊并調(diào)解變更刀具柄打仗面來改正,若無改進要查抄各打仗面是否處于正常狀態(tài),切忌亂敲打。

4. In the process of cutting, the tool, clamping head and pressure cap must be cleaned up, and the connection should be carefully checked to see if there are foreign matters attached. After assembly, it is necessary to check whether the tool root runout is less than 0.015mm. If it is out of tolerance, it should be corrected by repeatedly loosening and tightening, and adjusting and changing the battle surface of the tool handle. If there is no improvement, check whether each combat surface is in normal state, and do not knock randomly.

5、開機后必須檢查電機水箱的冷卻水流地工作狀態(tài)，要檢查水泵是否正常工作，要檢查冷卻水是否被水垢、微生物污染，要檢查管路狀態(tài)是否正常，必須要保證冷卻水正常循環(huán)，經(jīng)常清洗水箱內(nèi)壁。嚴禁在主軸電機內(nèi)無冷卻水通過的情況下開啟主軸電機。

5. After starting the machine, it is necessary to check the working state of the cooling water flow of the motor water tank, check whether the water pump is working normally, whether the cooling water is polluted by scale and microorganism, whether the pipeline state is normal, it is necessary to ensure the normal circulation of the cooling water, and regularly clean the inner wall of the water tank. It is forbidden to start the spindle motor without cooling water passing through.

6、嚴格按照玉石雕刻機出廠說明書規(guī)范使用主軸電機，主軸出現(xiàn)故障時，不要隨意拆卸，要及時聯(lián)系廠家進行檢修和故障排除。

6. Use the spindle motor in strict accordance with the specification of the jade carving machine factory instructions. When the spindle fails, do not disassemble it at will, but contact the manufacturer for maintenance and troubleshooting.
