(1)保麗龍雕刻機三軸中有一軸不能動，此時要檢查一下相應全順保麗龍雕刻機軸所對應的驅動塊是否損壞。檢查方法可使用替換法：將全順保麗龍雕刻機不動軸所對應的航空插頭拔下插在其他能動軸所對應的驅動上。

(1) One of the three axes of the styrofoam engraving machine is not active. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the drive block corresponding to the axis of the styrofoam engraving machine is damaged. The inspection method can be replaced: pull out the aviation plug corresponding to the fixed shaft of Quanshun styrofoam engraving machine and plug it into the corresponding drive of other active shafts.

(2)保麗龍雕刻機如果交換后不動軸走動正常，則可說明該軸所對應的驅動塊已損壞，需要更換好驅動塊。如果不動軸還是不行就說明電纜線或電機有故障更換電纜線或者電機。三軸均不能動。此時檢查一下三軸航空插頭是否已和控制箱連接好，控制箱電源是否已打開。數據線是否和控制箱和電腦主機中控制卡連接好。如果以上都正常，則請和全順保麗龍雕刻機授權維修點聯系。

(2) If the fixed shaft moves normally after exchanging, it indicates that the drive block corresponding to the shaft is damaged and needs to be replaced. If the shaft still does not move, it means that the cable or motor is faulty, replace the cable or motor. All three axes can't move. At this time, check whether the three-axis aviation plug has been connected with the control box, and whether the power supply of the control box has been turned on. Whether the data line is well connected with the control card in the control box and computer host. (3)保麗龍雕刻機主軸不能正常運轉。檢查變頻器LED顯示屏顯示的錯誤代碼(參見全順保麗龍雕刻機變頻器說明書錯誤代碼項)

保麗龍雕刻機電機發燙檢查水泵是否工作循環水是否正常，電機沒勁檢查電機線是否缺相電纜是否短路，電機聲音異常電機是否超負荷運轉電機內部故障，電機反轉檢查電機線是否缺相將輸出UVW端任意調換兩端。
