玉石雕刻機主軸的兩大類的如何進行維護？

玉石雕刻機主軸主要分為風冷主軸和水冷主軸。由于工作環境的因素，主軸是接觸加工工件和廢屑的設備配件，而主軸性能的優劣也極大的影響著雕刻成品的質量。所以，在日常的生產加工中我們要做好玉石雕刻機的保養和維護工作。
The spindle of jade carving machine is mainly divided into air-cooled spindle and water-cooled spindle. Due to the factors of working environment, the spindle is the largest equipment accessories that contact with the workpiece and scrap, and the performance of the spindle also greatly affects the quality of the carving products. Therefore, in the daily production and processing, we should do a good job in the maintenance and maintenance of jade carving machine.
1、每天工作完后要使用吸塵器清理主軸電機的轉子端和電機接線端子上的廢屑，防止廢屑在轉子端和接線端子上堆積，以此避免廢屑進入軸承，加速高速軸承的磨損；避免廢屑進入接線端子，造成電機短路燒毀。
1. After working every day, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the scraps on the rotor end of the spindle motor and the motor wiring terminal to prevent the scraps from accumulating on the rotor end and the wiring terminal, so as to avoid the scraps from entering the bearing and accelerate the wear of the high-speed bearing, and avoid the scraps from entering the wiring terminal and causing the motor short circuit and burning.
2、每次裝卡和更換刀具時，必須要將壓帽卡頭擰下，不能使用直接插拔刀具的方法換刀，遇到卡殼情況，切勿猛力拽出來。主軸端部及前端蓋部位絕不許撞擊，不然會破壞細密軸承及主軸精度,造成主軸反轉展轉精度的喪失.
2. When installing and replacing the tool, the clamping head of the pressing cap must be unscrewed. It is not allowed to change the tool by directly inserting and inserting the tool. In case of clamping, do not pull it out forcefully. The end of the spindle and the front cover must not be impacted, otherwise the precision of the fine bearing and spindle will be damaged, resulting in the loss of the reverse rotation precision of the spindle
3、在卸刀后要將卡頭和壓帽清理干凈，防止有廢屑附著上面。刀具的安置必須包管反轉展轉精度，不然會引發劇烈振動，影響雕刻質量和軸承壽命。
3. After unloading the cutter, clean the chuck and pressing cap to prevent the scraps from adhering to it. The positioning of the cutter must ensure the accuracy of reverse rotation, otherwise it will cause severe vibration and affect the carving quality and bearing life.
4、在上刀時一定要將到刀具、卡頭和壓帽清理干凈，認真檢查連接處是否有異物附著。組裝后要檢察刀具根部跳動﹤0.015MM若超差要通過重復放松和擰緊并調解變更刀具柄打仗面來改正,若無改進要查抄各打仗面是否處于正常狀態,切忌亂敲打。
4. When loading the tool, be sure to clean the cutting tool, clamping head and pressing cap, and carefully check whether there are foreign matters attached at the joint. After assembly, check that the tool root runout is less than 0.015mm. If it is out of tolerance, correct it by repeatedly loosening and tightening, and adjusting and changing the tool handle's fight surface. If there is no improvement, check whether each fight surface is in normal state, and avoid knocking randomly.
5、開機后必須檢查電機水箱的冷卻水流地工作狀態，要檢查水泵是否正常工作，要檢查冷卻水是否被水垢、微生物污染，要檢查管路狀態是否正常，必須要保證冷卻水正常循環，經常清洗水箱內壁。嚴禁在主軸電機內無冷卻水通過的情況下開啟主軸電機。
5. After starting the machine, we must check the working state of the cooling water flow in the motor water tank, check whether the water pump works normally, check whether the cooling water is polluted by scale and microorganism, check whether the pipeline state is normal, ensure the normal circulation of the cooling water, and often clean the inner wall of the water tank. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the spindle motor without cooling water passing through it.
6、嚴格按照玉石雕刻機出廠說明書規范使用主軸電機，主軸出現故障時，不要隨意拆卸，要及時聯系廠家進行檢修和故障排除。
6. Strictly follow the factory instructions of jade carving machine to use the spindle motor. When the spindle fails, don't dismantle it at will. Contact the manufacturer for maintenance and troubleshooting in time.
