丟步十有八九是機械阻力變大造成的，檢查軸承如果是好的話，就清洗絲桿后再上新黃油。滑塊等都要清洗后重新上新油。如果還不行看看步進電機引線接觸是否良好。

雕刻機在刻圓時，重復運行多次程序，出現不同心，刀路逐漸往圓內走，感覺圓越畫越小。或者刻字時，刻出字的比例和電腦程序的比例不一樣，有點壓縮的味道。這就說明雕刻機丟步了。

1、檢查一下機器附近是否有干擾源，比如高壓線，變壓器設備等干擾設備。

2、電源不穩(wěn)定也會引起該問題，更換電原或增加穩(wěn)壓器。

3、看一下加工參數里面的加工速度是否超出機器的極限速度，請更改成合適的雕刻速度。

4、機械上可能是聯軸器松動，及時緊固松動的聯軸器。

5、雕刻機驅動器或者驅動芯片損壞。如雕刻機的x、y、z軸步進電機是由專用的芯片驅動，如果芯片損壞或者散熱不好就會導致步進電機丟步。驅動芯片穩(wěn)定超過105度就會自動斷電保護，等溫度降低后電流又會恢復。送修驅動器、更換驅動器或者加裝散熱風扇即可解決此問題。
