1、噠噠的聲音：聲音頻率隨軸承轉(zhuǎn)速而變化，零件表面波紋度是引起噪音的主要原因。解決方法：改善軸承滾道表面加工質(zhì)量，降低波紋度幅值、減少碰傷、修正游隙預(yù)緊力和配合，檢查自由端軸承的運轉(zhuǎn)，改善軸與軸承座的精度安裝方法。

4. Rustling sound: it is produced by the vibration and collision between retainer and rolling element, no matter what kind of grease is, and it is easier to produce when bearing torque, load or radial clearance is large. Solutions: improve the accuracy of retainer, select bearing with small clearance or preload bearing, reduce torque load, reduce installation error and select good grease.
