          激光切割機準直鏡和聚焦鏡的區別!

            激光切割機從能量光纖出來的光,它是一個點光源,是有發散角(θ)的,如果我們把這個點光源放置于光纖準直鏡的焦點上,我們知道:從一個聚焦鏡(準直鏡其實際上把聚焦鏡反過來用)的焦點上發出的光,經過聚焦鏡之后就變成了平行光。那么經過這個準直鏡之后出來的光束直徑是多大,計算公式就是2F*tag(1/2*θ),如發散角是10°,F=150mm,那么從準直鏡出來的光束直徑就=2*150*tag(5°)=26.2466mm。經過光纖準直鏡之后,激光進入光纖切割機的聚焦鏡,一般來說,準直鏡焦距÷聚焦鏡焦距=聚焦后能量密度相對于之前的密度比,比如:準直鏡焦距是75mm,聚焦鏡焦距是150mm,75÷150=1/2,這個意思就是經過聚焦鏡之后聚焦光斑的面積相比于從剛從能量光纖出來的點光源的面積大一倍,能量密度是原來的1/2。

            一、大家會疑問:能量密度集中不是更好嗎?為什么要降低光能量密度呢?主要有幾個原因:

            1、如果聚焦鏡的焦距越短,聚焦鏡的焦深就越淺,焦深淺就容易導致切不深;
